Programming

Posted July 30, 2001 06:15 | Category: Programming | #

I started out programming on Commodore computers when I was 10 years old and my class got a PET. I knew then that I wanted to do it for a living.

I graduated in 1993 with a BA in Computer and Information Sciences from UC Santa Cruz, and immediately started working as a contract system administrator and programmer.

My language of choice these days is Perl, which I use (along with JavaScript) in developing software for clients of my firm, Bay View Consulting Services. Some of the Perl modules I've written are available on the Bay View Consulting web site in the Perl Modules area.

If you are interested in hiring me to work, view my résumé.
