For the penultimate weekend of our month-long display at the
Amador-Livermore Valley Historical Society and Museum, we put together
a 4th of July Parade. Only problem is, the museum is closed on the
4th. However, I took these pictures on the 3rd:

Parade approaching down Main St. [more]

View from the top of the Pleasanton Arch model.

My John Deere tractor pulls the bluegrass band under the Pleasanton
Arch. [more]

At the vanguard of the parade, Russell's Boy Scout troop.

My new vintage fire truck follows the parade route.

Another float I made, a horse-drawn farm cart carries four waving minifigs.

Another view of the cart and horses.

Here you can plainly see the band as it passes by the movie theatre.

Close up of the John Deere tractor.

Tail end of the parade.

Another rear view of the parade.

Melissa's Queen of the Fourth float about to cross the railroad tracks.

A final shot of the oncoming parade.
