I'm officially middle aged if you go by the biblical quota (I don't). I don't feel that old though.</p> <p>In fact physically I'm doing better than I have in a decade or more. I lost 70 lbs. last year and have been playing soccer nearly every weekend in the <a href="http://bill.wards.net/blosxom?redirectURL=http://www.paasl.org/" onMouseOver="window.status='to www.paasl.org/'; return true;" onMouseOut="window.status=''; return true;">Palo Alto Adult Soccer League</a> - and I even completed a week long adult soccer camp taught by former Earthquakes player <a href="http://bill.wards.net/blosxom?redirectURL=http://www.ianrussellsoccer.com/" onMouseOver="window.status='to www.ianrussellsoccer.com/'; return true;" onMouseOut="window.status=''; return true;">Ian Russell</a>.
